Virus and Studio Update

The last few months have been trying to say the least. This virus is making me, as well as so many others, mentally unstable. Not 'serial killer' crazy, but 'missing friends and family' crazy!

I have much more time on my hands and yet I am accomplishing way less. Well, I have sped through Netflix like I'm driving in the Daytona 500. Currently I'm binging an oldie....Sense8.

In the past few months, I made a personal commitment to get involved in the You Tube community. I love sharing my mixed media art and my new love of Junk Journal making. That commitment was put on hold quickly as my computer could not handle processing the videos. It over heated every time and that caused it to shut down.

I bought a new computer and after a month long wait to be built, it arrived and its finally set up. Other than the learning curve  from Windows 7 to Windows 10, I am really liking how it processes with lightening speed!! Ha ha

I have posted a couple of new videos on my Byrd Street Studio You Tube channel and the video editing program is different as well, so I may change to something that offers more editing options.

In June I officially turned "Old as Dirt". I spent a lot of time reserching advantage plans to supplement Medicare and am pretty happy with the one I selected. It offers a gym membership, so I have met with the trainer at Anytime Fitness and have decided to join there. Its less than a mile from my home and in the same plaza as where I work. Also, in an effort to lose this COVID 19 weight gain, I have been walking Sully everyday... follow me on Facebook to see the profitability of my 'Walk for Change" endeavor.

Kirk finally retired and we are working towards updating my house here in Florida to accommodate both of us and our hobbies.... and a certain puppy.

Sully Parentheses

Kirk drove back to Ogden a couple weeks ago to clear out the house and get it on the market. Its been a lot of work for him, but he should be heading back to Florida in the next day of so.
Keep your fingers crossed for a quick and profitable sale.
I could see a pool screen in the works soon !!!!!!

As always, thank you for following my Life and Art Journeys!
